Small movie - Animation Freelance Job

I want a small movie to be made like a cartoon animation movie for stories like cyndrella or pinnochio. It can be of duration of some 20-30 mins. I would also like to know, what will be the difference if it is made in a 3d max software or in a 2D form. Please send me your quotes with other details and estimated time.
