Phone Widgets

I have a php (version 5) applcation which outputs a pdf into a users account. I would like to create a phone widget, which can access the account and download the document. The widget should be able to logon to the server online and download the pdf document. The widget should be capable of accepting basic text input which can be stored on the widget.
