Pop art conversion - Photo Editing Freelance Job

Hi I need a photo of my daughters pup made into a pop art image for her birthday. I want it to be 40cmx40cm with 2 across and 2 down (4 squares in total). I would like little girl colours like pink purple aqua yellow green organge but all nice bright colours.
