We have a illustrated map with 22 neighborhoods.  We are looking for a flash designer to complete the ON / OFF javascript to make the map dynamic — when user clicks on a neighborhood, the description for that neighborhood should appear. We have the map working for the ON part.  But we need help to turn OFF the unselected neighborhoods.
