Cre 6.2 Problem "restricted"

We just added a lot of images to categories and now we get this: “the page you are trying to view is restricted” when you try to open a category. It happened on every folder we added an image. Seems to be a lot of chatter about it on forums but I cant fix it. Can you help? I always need a brilliant CRE guy or gal once in a while.
