Percipi: PHP or Rails Web App Developer
(Anywhere) Are you a web developer who loves to find clean, elegant solutions to complex problems? Do you feel that user experience is crucial? Are you an awesome developer just waiting for his or her huge break? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you want to consider joining the team at Percipi. Percipi is a Toronto-based startup, building a SaaS web application that revolves around making raw complex data easy to understand and digest. The web developer telecommutes and is responsible for developing the backend. You’ll be working with our front-end team and Creative Director to make the application a reality. Qualifications: • You’re a PHP or Rails ninja. • You have very strong relational database skills (if you were in SQL-land you could speak the native language). • You’re drawn to clean and elegant code. • You have the skills, but you might not have a ton of experience. Extremely Qualified Candidates: • Will have a portfolio demonstrating experience building or helping to build a medium to large web application. • You’re familiar with frameworks like CI or Zend (if PHP). • You know what LFG and HoT mean.
