It’s basically going to be 3dmax used to create 2d animations. You do not need to model a 3 dimenional characters. Just 2 dimensional. I will provide the textures. Separate arms, legs, head, weapon etc,….. (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: Graphic Design, Photoshop, Windows)
