HTML developers will need to be equally comfortable writing elegant XHTML/HTML4.01 and cranking out html emails in tables and inline styles. We’re a .Net shop, but javascript framework agnostic - YUI, jQuery, whatever gets the job done. Actionscript/Flash developers should have a good handle on AS2 (AS3 would be great!) and be comfortable working with XML and deep linking approaches.
