Architecture company project (Design, Flash, PHP)

Hello Everyone, I’m offering a job for an architecture company’s website design. The design and the way the website looks must be very eye-catching as its for an architecture company. And the way the website is going to look is very important. The design is needed to be done using PHP(html, css, Javascript, etc.) and Flash. And for the coding part, Its needed a PHP/Mysql coding (Ajax is a plus. If not Ajax, the website must be written to be ready to work with ajax. meaning should use div tags, etc.) in which there should be a a user management system, that have 3 types. Administrators, Company Staff, and Users. There should be a Projects page which should show company’s previous projects, … There should be an about the company page, which introduces the company,… There should be a contact page, which people can contact the company. There should be a project quote request page, which buyers ask for the quote for a project they want. There should be a news module, which admins be able to add news and a page for news and a latest news in main page. There should be a main page which introduce the company, latest news, last projects, etc. Know that this should be CMS, not static pages. admin should be able to add projects, add news, etc. Notice that Its more of a design project than a developing project, so only good designers bid. And also, I’ll provide full info on whats needed, the data that should be put in the website, images, projects, etc. The above details was an introduction of the project. New Web Design

Hi! I need a new website to be developed for a group of friends. I will need the following: 01. A COMPLETE New Design. I want it custom made and I don’t want to use any sort of bulletins with custom skins. 02. I have a little over 400 odd photos from which I would like a collage or bits and pieces of the same on the design through out. 03. A standard user sign up page - with personal details, including marital status. If married, details to include anniversary, child and spouse birthday details. 04. Membership approval to be included to filter the visitor. 05. In the site, I would require something similar to a forum for conversations with hierarchy. 06. I would require a calender, smart enough to display user’s birthday’s, anniversary’s, kids birthdays. 07. A photo album engine with moderate access to all. 08.
