Contract Graphic Design Projects for Graphic Designers & Web Designers

Description: L.A. based Crew Creative is looking for full-time Interactive Designers to join its design team! We are seeking individuals that have the ability to conceive, execute and deliver creative that not only meets the client’s business objectives but also delivers an engaging user-experience. Responsibilities: - Concept and Design sites, games, widgets, etc. This task involves    working closely with the Creative Director and Senior Art   Directors to ensure that the creative meets the client marketing   goals.   - Design and Flash animate rich media and standard Flash banner   campaigns. This task involves working closely with the Creative   Director and Associate Creative Director to ensure that the   creative meets the client marketing goals and technical specs. - Provide production support to Senior Art Directors, i.e. assist in    asset break-up and file preparation for animation. - Participate in brainstorming sessions for assigned interactive   campaigns and effectively communicate ideas in written form. - Meet all milestones and deadlines set forth in the project’s    schedule by the project manager; if those milestones or deadlines   cannot be met, the designer must immediately communicate the   issues or concerns to the team so that client expectations can be   managed. Qualifications: - One or more years of experience as a hands-on interactive    designer in an agency or similar collaborative, team-based    environment. - Full understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash    (experience coding in ActionScript 3 and creating motion in   After Effects are both a plus.) - Experience with online advertising and marketing, i.e. standard   Flash banner and rich media campaigns, widgets, facebook   applications, websites, etc. - Excellent eye for design and type with an understanding of user   interface design and information architecture. - Understanding of a collaborative creative process from concept   to production and delivery. - Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter and be not afraid to speak    up! - Ability to work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors,   and Project Managers. - Ability to manage multiple projects and complete jobs under   tight deadlines. - Must have the flexibility to switch gears quickly when projects   are re-prioritized. - Ready to be challenged and work with some of the most    talented people in the industry!
