We want to work with XHTML/CSS coders that really love their practice and like consistently learning and innovating. You will be converting high-quality web page designs into XHTML/CSS that we will use to build client sites. I’m looking for a designer to take over a good chunk of the design responsibilities- someone with whom I can collaborate. I’m hoping to be able to focus on UI, wireframing and development and leave the bulk of the design to you. As such, I need someone with very high level design skills. I want to find someone who won’t just be an order-taker- I want to find someone with great ideas on how to improve interfaces. I want to find someone who isn’t satisfied until the details are right. ** Requirements ** * Experience with grid based design. * Experience designing great user interfaces- including designing great forms * Familiarity with standards-based XHTML/CSS/JS. * Near-obsessive attention to detail * Love of great typography * Strong understanding of color/contrast The plan would be to hire you for a small task and see where things go from there.
