Contract Graphic Design Projects for Graphic Designers & Web Designers

I am a general physician and I recently opened my own private practice office in Northern Michigan. I’m looking to have a website created for the benefit of existing and potential patients. Ideally, the site would be around 4 pages: - an introductory page talking a little about myself and my staff - a services page to let patients know what is available to them - a contact page containing our location, directions from adjacent freeways, and a general contact form where patients could ask us questions - a forms page where new patients could download PDFs of our standard office forms, print them out, and fill them in before coming for their first visit As far as the logo is concerned, I’m looking for something classically styled with a modern twist. My wife and I are both avid modern art collectors, so I feel I have a bit of a refined taste. The color palette and general feel of the logo will then be incorporated into the website.
