Part of your responsibilties will be to take the csv files from our data entry teams and check that they are technically correct. If there are problems it will be up to you to identify them and to tell our team what needs to be done to fix the problem. Good communication skills are important and the ability to work with other people in a respectful and harmonious way. Now, it’s preferable that you are an expert with, have knowledge of or can learn fast a program called Easy Populate Advanced. But it’s not essential as we are looking for several long term providers and those that are very fast and accurate at managing content on Zen Cart sites using the normal admin are encouraged to apply as long as you can do other things required. 1. Intermediate to Advanced level at Attributes in Zen Cart to do things like add options that increase the price, increase the shipping etc. This needs to be done to large numbers of products at once so you must be very efficient and have a competitive hourly rate/bid. Those that use the Easy Populate Advanced will have an advantage as if they become very capablee with EPA they will be able to do mass edits much much faster. Other things that need doing from time to time are putting items on sale, changing pricing, shipping, etc. 2. Beginner to Intermediate+ level to create multiple copies of products that have been uploaded to the site already either by you or someone else using EPA or manually or a combination. We need lots of copies of products made use link and duplicate methods on ZenCart. 3. Ability to install, modify and maintain ZenCart templates plus ability to design original ZenCart templates. 4. Ability to install and configure ZenCart modules, templates, other scripts etc. 5. Troubleshooting when there are errors with ZenCart We are looking to have some sites worked on almost 24 hours a day. So please specify your time-zone and the hours that you are available generally. Please specify which of the above things you can provide, your experience/skill level, price and availability to start/hours per day/week/month. Please also tell us about other related things that you can do so we can maybe expand the scope of the project. When quoting remember that we need a lot of this work, regularly. Furthermore, we use it for our own ventures AND to resell. So we are looking for your best rates and price will be a big factor.
