		<description>As a designer who has used both, I will say that Quark 4.0 was a solid, if antiquated program. I have not enjoyed using Quark 6 or 7 at all. There are issues with saving if your server is not a Mac server, and I have found both versions to be buggy. InDesign, on the other hand, seems to be a solid program with serious thought having been put into what a designer or production person would like to see. I say all of this after having used Quark for almost 15 years.

InDesign in the future...bet on it.</description>

		<description>yes, it was a rather short article, but when it comes straight to it, its not as much of a compition any more.  I have used both for a while, and have almost made a total switch from using Quark.  I am hoping with the New CS3, that it will make the changes easier.</description>
