Hey, just an FYI, thats not actually a kid's face on the Nike ad, at least i really don't think so. Thats just a black woman runner. And the day after tomorrow billboard also has the top of a skyscraper (The Empire State Building?) sticking out of the water, making it seem as if thats Manhattan entirely underwater, like in the movie. And the bubblegum ad, and a few others are photoshopped. This list would be better without the fakes, or just say they are theoretical.
Brilliant imagination being put to use here, but I have to agree with the comment under the 'Max Factor' ad. Also, not quite sure about the Clorets gum 'hedge' ad either, unless of course, that chewing a Clorets is like munching on greenery!
The point of the mascara one is that the eye that has the Max Factor mascara doesn't run when it rains, and the other one does.
These are great! I love seeing creative advertising like this, fake or not...anything that makes someone do a double-take will be more effective than the cookie cutter ads we are all so used to.
Some are brilliant, indeed!
