Recently I put together an article listing different places to look for freelance work. I did this because it is one of the most common questions we get here from people starting out working on their own. The list was just part of a bigger project that I was working on. I hope it is helpful.

I think having one place to go find jobs is great. I can't locate a search feature though. If I want illustration jobs only, how do I find it?

"Here is the original:/Go here to see the original:/Read the original:" Needs to be bigger/larger otherwise I really don't know where to click. (And keep this phrase consistent on all posts, I found 3 variants alone, and honestly I think I'd reword the phrase to: "Click here for full Job Specifications: or something like that.)

Also, the click through for getafreelancer.com/ takes you to the main page of that portal not to the specific job itself. I assume it's not possible to do that?

I can see that this would be a VERY useful tool for those who bid on projects!!

There is a search box in the top right corner, forgot to label it - I'll fix that.
Also, if you scroll down a bit there's a long list of tags that will limit the jobs that come up (illustration is one of them).

The links should go right to the jobs, I tweaked Getafreelancer, should work better now.
