Just curious but who has set up a resell hosting website? Basically you host someone under another hosting company and you charge customer whatever. I have heard about this and it sounds interesting.

How can I find out more about this? Is it a lot of work or do you just refer issues to the hosting company? Is it really technical...like do you need to know a bunch of web programming languages to pull this off?
