Post Prints made from original artwork?
Does anyone know of a good company to have a limited edition amount of prints made from original artwork? I do acrylic paintings and pen & ink drawings. I'd like to get into selling them, but I'm not ready to part with the originals. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

You should NOT at any time have to give up your originals. We photograph them with a digital camera and/or scan back giving us 100-300mb rgb files. My suggestion would be to find someone like this in your area.

You did not state the total number and your price point. Giclee prints - Permanent Pigment Inks - can be placed on any material you want. Such as Arches WaterColor, Outdoor Banner, Artists Canvas, Photo Glossy, etc.,etc. True lithography is available but the cost is not cheap up front.

What you need to find is a Graphic Services Design Bureau. They would have almost all of this equipment onsite. The cost is higher than a chain store. But the quality is MUCH better. I would look for someone with at least 5-10 years in the business.
